About the Job
Venus Finance is currently seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Officer to develop and manage engaging content across its digital platforms. This role is ideal for a talented content creator who thrives on storytelling, brand building, and audience engagement. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, foster audience growth, and implement innovative content strategies that align with the company’s vision and marketing objectives.
Please Note: While this vacancy is being advertised under Venus Finance, the successful candidate will be employed and work with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company, a sister organization under the same parent group. This arrangement offers a unique opportunity to gain cross-industry experience while contributing to the growth of both brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple formats, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and social media posts.
- Manage and maintain a dynamic social media content calendar that aligns with ongoing campaigns and overarching brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, platform analytics, and audience engagement metrics to continuously optimize content performance and reach.
- Stay passionate and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices in content marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions to measure success and inform strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in social media content creation or digital marketing, with a demonstrable portfolio of work.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, audience-centric content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or other video editing applications.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a genuine passion for storytelling and brand building.
