DMCA Copyright Policy for NaijaHooks

NaijaHooks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

Copyright Infringement Notification

Counter-Notification

3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of Nigeria, for any judicial district in which NaijaHooks may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512(c)(1)(c) or an agent of such person.

NaijaHooks takes copyright infringement seriously. We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. We also reserve the right to remove content and/or terminate accounts for copyright infringement in appropriate circumstances, even for first-time infringers.
