About the Role – Senior Associate, Web Development & Digital Presence

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with significant responsibility. The Senior Associate, Web Development & Digital Presence is responsible for building and managing all public-facing web properties across CapitalSage Holdings and its approximately 20 subsidiaries. Working within the Marketing & Communications team under the Digital Marketing unit, this person operates independently from brief to live website without outsourcing, vendor management, or a team reporting to them. The mandate is delivery, and the role demands a self-starter who can take ownership and execute with minimal supervision.

What You Will Own

Build

• Design and develop websites for Group subsidiaries from requirements gathering through to live launch.
• Deliver frontend development to production standard – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress – ensuring fully responsive and optimised output.
• Build and configure CMS solutions that allow subsidiary staff to manage their own content post-handover without ongoing technical support.
• Develop landing pages, web forms, and web-based campaign assets in support of marketing activity.

Manage

• Maintain all live Group and subsidiary websites – handling updates, fixes, performance optimisation, and security.
• Own hosting environments, domain registrations, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates across all entities.
• Keep a current asset register of every Group web property, domain, credential, and renewal date to ensure nothing lapses.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues proactively without waiting to be asked.

Collaborate

• Engage subsidiary teams directly to gather requirements and translate them into technical web deliverables.
• Train assigned marketing staff on CMS tools post-launch so they are self-sufficient on day-to-day content management.
• Work within the Marketing & Communications team to align web execution with campaign and brand direction.

Report

• Implement and manage Google Analytics and Search Console across all Group web properties.
• Deliver a monthly web performance report to the Group Head covering traffic, uptime, and issues.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of hands-on web development experience with a portfolio of sites you personally built and managed.
• Production-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong CMS experience at build and configuration level – WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hosting environments, domain and DNS configuration independently.
• Comfortable working across multiple live projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Strong documentation habits – you will be the institutional memory for all Group web infrastructure.

Good to Have

• Experience in a multi-brand or group company environment.
• Familiarity with basic technical SEO and core web vitals optimisation.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, or regulated industry websites.

The Right Person

• Works independently and takes ownership without being chased.
• Communicates clearly with non-technical colleagues and extracts what they need from unclear briefs.
• Treats 20 websites with the same care as one.
